    Common Questions

We're here to help you feel comfortable and confident with your Coo-Wee. Here are a few questions to get you started.

Coo-Wee is a reusable medical device that prevents leaks by supporting your pelvic floor, rather than just absorbing them like pads. It's invisible, comfortable, and provides up to 12 hours of protection while saving you money and reducing waste.

"We offer three Coo-Wee options to suit your specific needs:

Soft 'n' Easy: For light daily activities; gentler feel for women with vaginal sensitivities

On the Go: For low-impact activities (walking, hiking, yoga, pilates, gardening)

On the Run: Maximum support for high-impact activities (running, basketball, aerobics, resistance training)

Yes, Coo-Wee is TGA-listed (Therapeutic Goods Administration) and made from premium medical-grade silicone. It was developed in collaboration with women's health specialists and has undergone rigorous safety testing.

The average woman spends $388+ per year on disposable incontinence products. One Coo-Wee lasts up to 12 months and costs around $54, saving you hundreds of dollars annually while eliminating waste.

This is where the learning begins! You'll receive instructions on best practice to use your Coo-Wee. The feeling is different for everybody, but you shouldn't feel the device. If it's bothering you it's likely it has not been placed correctly. It might take a few tries to find the perfect position.

You can use the toilet normally with your Coo-Wee inserted, and many women have said they can go freely with it in, however you may feel a little pressure while going. Our medical team advises that you should remove your Coo-Wee prior to going to the toilet.
